RETURNS.

If an item is faulty on arrival we offer a 14 day return period from the day of purchase. Washed or worn items will not be accepted. The item and postage will be refunded via the original payment method once we have assessed the garment.

We offer a 14 day exchange period from the day of purchase for items purchased in the incorrect size/style etc. Washed or worn items will not be accepted. Postage costs must be repaid by the customer in this event. Please refer to our size guide to ensure the correct size is purchased.

To begin the refund/exchange process please email us at hi@ritualapparel.co.uk as soon as possible with your name and order number, along with a brief description of the issue. We will then send you the relevant details on how to return your item/s.

Please note - Any items returned will remain the customers responsibility until it reaches Ritual Apparel.
